摘　　要：面对历史原因形成并制约数字化转型和智能化发展的数据库多、平台多、孤立应用多的“三多”现象和数据共享难、技术复用难、应用开发难、业务协同难的“四难”问题,结合中国石油集团到“十四五”末初步建成“数字中国石油”的智能油气田建设目标和数智创新文化发展愿景,冀东油田组织开展了以提高数字化管理能力、优化数据共享管理生态、提高业务智能化应用支撑能力为目标的数字化管理体系建设,全面推动“数字中国石油”战略落地。对企业的组织与制度体系、数据标准体系、数据技术体系、数据安全体系、质量保障体系以及应用服务体系等数字化管理体系进行全面完善与升级,以适应智能油气田对新型数据共享服务保障体系的需要。冀东油田对数字化管理体系的建设与实践,为良好的数据生态建设探索了可行的发展路径。In the face of such “three more” as more databases,more platforms,and more isolated applications as long as “four difficulties” in data sharing,technology reuse,application development,and business collaboration formed by historical reasons and restricting digital transformation and intelligent development,combining with CNPC’s intelligent oil and gas field construction goal of initially building “digital CNPC” by the end of the 14Five-Year Plan and the development vision of digital intelligence innovation culture,Jidong oilfield has organized and carried out the construction of digital management system with the goal of improving digital management ability,optimizing data sharing management,and improving the support ability of business intelligent application and comprehensively promoted the implementation of “digital CNPC” strategy.It has improved and upgraded the enterprise’s organization and system,data standard system,data technology system,data security system,quality assurance system,and application service system to meet the needs of intelligent oil and gas fields for new data sharing service guarantee system.The construction and practice of digital management system in Jidong oilfield has explored a feasible development path for the construction of healthy data ecology.
