摘　　要：档案治理新时代背景下,新修订《档案法》创新档案利用,提出了档案利用精准化和现代化的目标要求。作为司法文明载体的司法档案的有效利用是法治建设不可或缺的一环。本文立足档案精准利用的本质和司法档案的内涵,探析司法档案精准利用的必要性和时代价值,提出从司法档案归档方式的转变、利用途径的转型、利用范围的拓展和司法档案管理维度的转换四个方面,实现司法档案的精准利用。Under the background of the new era of archives management, the new archives law innovates the utilization of archives and puts forward the target requirements of accurate utilization and modernization of archives. As the carrier of judicial civilization, the effective use of judicial archives is an indispensable part of the construction of the rule of law. Based on the essence of accurate use of archives and the connotation of judicial archives and analyzing the necessity and value of the times of accurate utilization of judicial archives, this study proposes to realize the accurate utilization of judicial archives from four aspects: the transformation of judicial archives filing way, the transformation of utilization way,the expansion of utilization scope and the transformation of judicial archives management dimension.
