摘　　要：乡村生态资源价值核算是有效盘活与持续利用乡村生态资源的基础,是推进乡村产业振兴与生态文明建设的关键点。文章基于“客体-主体-产品”的改进思路,构建乡村生态资源价值实现理论模型;结合公共品理论与利益相关者视角,以已有核算方法为基础,厘清乡村生态公共产品、乡村生态俱乐部产品、乡村生态私人产品的分类逻辑,建立乡村生态资源价值核算体系。以川西林盘为典型案例进行实证研究,将生态价值核算体系拓展到新的应用场景,为摸清乡村生态资源家底与利用现状提供科学依据与有效工具。测算结果表明,乡村生态公共产品、乡村生态私人产品是乡村生态资源价值的主要来源,乡村生态产业化是乡村生态资源价值实现的重要方式。The value accounting of rural ecological resources is the basis for effective and sustainable utilization of rural ecological resources and the key point of promoting the revitalization of rural industry and the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the improvement idea of“object-subject-product”, this paper constructs a theoretical model for the value realization of rural ecological resources. And then, from the perspectives of public goods theory and stakeholders, the paper is based on the existing accounting methods to clarify the classification logic of rural ecological public products, rural ecological club products and rural ecological private products, and establish the value accounting system of rural ecological resources. Finally, taking Linpan in western Sichuan Province as a typical case for empirical research, the paper expands the ecological value accounting system to a new application scenario, which provides scientific basis and effective tools for clarifying the stock and utilization status of rural ecological resources. The calculation results show that rural ecological public products and rural ecological private products are the main sources of rural ecological resources value, and that rural ecological industrialization is an important way to realize the value of rural ecological resources.
