摘  要:本研究根据《中国英语能力等级量表》的阅读理解能力与书面表达能力两个分量表中有关学术阅读和学术写作的描述语设计了“学术读写能力自评问卷”,采用此问卷调查了302名非英语专业研究生的学术读写能力。统计结果显示,整体上学生认为自己的学术阅读和写作能力均比较薄弱,且学术写作能力比学术阅读能力水平更低;不同专业学生的学术阅读和写作能力整体上没有显著差异。这些结果对学术读写课程的教学以及《中国英语能力等级量表》在学术英语教学中的应用及后续研究均有重要的意义和启示。This study examines the academic reading and writing competence of Chinese non-English major graduates with a self-assessment questionnaire.This questionnaire was designed based on the descriptors of academic reading and writing competence in the Reading Comprehension Subscales and the Written Expression Subscales in China s Standards of English Language Ability(CSE),and data was collected from 302 Chinese non-English major graduates.The results reveal that students in general think their academic reading and writing competence were poor,with the latter worse than the former;there is no significant difference in the academic reading and writing competence of students from different disciplines.These findings have pedagogical implications for academic English teaching and are of some significance for the application and the further study of CSE.
