摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的若干意见》提出“教育部门要研究加强国土空间规划相关学科建设”,我国规划学科处在一个体系架构迁移的历史转折点上。文章面向国土空间规划改革的要求,以知识生产为切入视角,梳理了我国规划学科知识生产的演进历程,分析了当前传统规划学科知识生产面临的知识生产场域拓展、知识生产目标凝聚、知识生产主体协同、知识生产方式转型的四重挑战,进而提出新时期规划学科知识生产的“一中心、四属性、五大思维观”的立体化重构框架,并在此基础上系统阐释了面向国土空间规划知识生产的学科范式转型的基石、逻辑、内核、要义,最终从观念创新、组织创新、文化创新、模式创新4个方面提出面向国土空间规划知识生产的学科集群构建思路与建议。China’s planning discipline is at a historical point of structural transition since the central government’s document has required educational administrations strengthen the construction of territorial space planning discipline.From the viewpoint of knowledge production based on the requirements of territorial space planning reform,the paper reviews the evolution of knowledge production in planning discipline,analyzes the four challenges of the discipline in knowledge production:field expansion,target focus,subjects coordination,and modal transition.It further proposes a three dimensional restructuring of planning discipline framework with one center,four attributes,and five views of thinking;interprets systematically the four basic dimensions of paradigm transition of planning discipline:the cornerstone,logic,core,and essence;and puts forwards the discipline’s cluster construction from 4 aspects of innovation:concept,organization,culture,and model.
