半城市化地区全域空间治理的有限改良--以广东汕头潮南区的“全域有限韧性系统”构建为例

摘　　要：文章通过对近十年我国半城市化地区的研究,指出半城市化地区空间治理的问题,解释半城市化地区空间治理失效失控的内在成因逻辑,探索半城市化地区通过“韧性思维”逐步破解发展问题的思路,提出半城市化地区城市应努力构建以“全域有限韧性系统”为主线的治理体系,并以广东汕头潮南区为例,探讨了构建半城市化地区“全域有限韧性系统”的实践应用。With an analysis of China’s semi-urbanized regions in the past decade,the paper indicates the problems of their space governance,studies the resilient concept in gradual solution of the problems,proposes the construction of global limited resilient system for space governance.With Chaonan district,Shantou,as an example,the paper introduces the practice of the resilient system construction in semi-urbanized area.
