生态文明理念下盘龙河文山城区段综合整治规划探析

摘　　要：长期以来由于生态意识淡薄、治理保护投入不足,城市河道生态功能退化、水体污染、河流萎缩、淤积堵塞等问题日益突出,严重影响了当地居民的生产和生活。加强河道的综合整治工作,既是满足人们生存发展需要的重要内容,也是实现城市可持续发展的关键。文章基于生态文明理念,以解决现状问题为出发点,以水质、水体治理为中心,从截污控源、河道整治、道路设计、滨河景观优化着手,提出盘龙河文山城区段综合整治规划策略,以期为其他地区的河流综合整治提供借鉴。Comprehensive renovation of rivers is crucial to people’s life and sustainable urban development.In the context of ecological civilization construction,issues in the comprehensive renovation of rivers will be more complex and diverse,and project programming and planning integration will improve its rationality.With Panlong river(Wenshan section)comprehensive renovation as an example,the paper analyzes the general situation,upper plans,necessity and feasibility of projects,visions and orientations,concept and governance strategies in the comprehensive renovation,and provides a reference for the renovation of other rivers.
