摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,利用二氧化锆(ZrO_(2))与FeCo的结合,制备FeCo@ZrO_(2)吸收剂,通过矢量网络分析对高温处理前后FeCO@ZrO_(2)吸收剂的电磁参数和吸波性能进行表征,结果表明:经过包覆改性FeCo@Zr0_(2)吸收剂的介电常数明显降低,FeCo@ZrO_(2)吸收剂的阻抗匹配特性和吸波性能得到提高;经过包覆改性,FeCo@Zr0_(2)吸收剂在高温处理后仍具有较优的吸波性能,其反射率在7~9 GHz波段仍然保持在-10 dB以下。The sol-gel method is used to prepare FeCo@ZrO_(2) absorbent by the combination of zirconia and FeCo. Vector network analysis is used to characterize the electromagnetic parameters and absorbing performance of FeCO@ZrO_(2) before and after high temperature treatment. The results show that the dielectric constant of FeCo@ZrO_(2) absorbent modified by coating is significantly reduced. The impedance matching characteristics and absorbing performance of the FeCo@ZrO_(2) absorber are improved. The modified FeCo@ZrO_(2) absorber still has significant absorbing performance after high temperature treatment, and its reflectivity simulation curve remains below-10 dB at 7-9 GHz.
