摘  要:在新一代载人飞船搭载紫羊茅种子,返回舱在轨飞行67h,于内蒙古土默特右旗观测紫羊茅空间搭载材料回到地面后SP_(1)代苗期及成熟期农艺性状的变化,以筛选有益突变体。结果表明:(1)空间搭载紫羊茅SP_(1)代当年的相对出苗率增加,第1片真叶生长速度加快,但相对成苗率和叶长均较对照低,生长受到明显抑制;(2)系统聚类分析表明,紫羊茅SP_(1)代次年成熟期约10.1%的单株表现出明显变异,变异类型包括:株高和冠幅变大;生长减慢、株高变低、冠幅减小;小穗数、生殖枝数增多;单株种子产量增高等。由此可见,空间诱变导致紫羊茅SP_(1)代出现了产量增加、植株矮化等一系列性状,有望筛选获得优异育种新材料。After the new-generation of manned spacecraft returned to the ground after flying in orbit for 67h,the change of agronomic traits of the SP_(1)of Festuca rubra carried by the spacecraft were observed in Tumid Youqi,Inner Mongolia,in order to screen out beneficial mutants.The results showed that:(1)The relative emergence rate of the SP_(1)generation of Festuca rubra in the space was increased,and the growth rate of the first true leaf accelerated,but the relative seedling rate and leaf length were lower than those of the control,and the growth was significantly inhibited;(2)Systematic cluster analysis showed that about 10.1%of the individual plants of Festuca rubra SP_(1)generation showed obvious variation at the maturity stage of the next year,and the types of variation included:plant height and crown width increased;the growth slowed down,plant height became lower,and crown width decreased;the number of spikelets and reproductive branches increased;the seed yield per plant increased,and so on.It can be seen that spatial mutagenesis led to a series of traits such as yield increase and plant dwarfing in the SP_(1)generation of Festuca rubra,which was expected to obtain excellent new breeding materials.
