摘 要:为探讨生长调节剂绿比多(Isabion)和浦绿(Primo)对狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)耐荫性形态和草坪质量的影响,以杂交狗牙根品种‘天堂328’(Cynodon dactylon×C.transvaalensis cv.Tifgreen)为试验材料,在人工模拟遮荫条件下(对照:自然光;遮荫处理:遮荫率60%),叶面喷施绿比多(0.75和1.5ml/m 2)和浦绿(0.075ml/m 2),共10个处理,探讨其对相关草坪特征指标的影响。结果表明:遮荫条件下,狗牙根草坪草的冠层高度、叶长和节间长增加,草坪草的叶宽和茎粗变窄,草坪绿色指数和草坪盖度降低;0.75ml/m 2绿比多(喷施2次)和0.075ml/m 2浦绿(喷施1次)的组合处理,不仅降低了遮荫条件下草坪草的冠层高度、叶长和节间长,也提高了草坪草的叶宽和茎粗,以及草坪绿色指数和草坪质量,表明绿比多和浦绿能增强草坪草的耐荫性。The effects of growth regulators Isabion and Primo on the phenotype and turf quality of the hybrid bermudagrass variety(Cynodon dactylon×C.transvaalensis cv.Tifgreen)under shade stress were explored in the present study.There are a total of 10 treatments,including exposure to the artificial simulated shade conditions(control:natural light;shading:60%),treatments of Isabion(0.75 and 1.5 ml/m 2)and Primo(0.075 ml/m 2).This study also investigated relevant turf characteristic indicators of bermudagrass.The results showed that under shade stress,the canopy height,leaf length,and internode length of bermudagrass were higher than those under normal light condition,with reduced leaf width and stem diameter of turf,green index,and turf coverage.The combination of Isabion(spraying twice with the concentration of 0.75ml/m 2)and Primo(spraying once with the concentration of 0.075ml/m 2)can not only reduce the canopy height,leaf length,and internode length under the shade stress but also improve the leaf width,stem diameter,as well as the turf green index and turf quality.In conclusion,Isabion and Primo could enhance the turf's shade tolerance and help turfgrass maintain better lawn quality under shading conditions.
