摘 要:以12份毛苕子为试验材料,采用0、50、100、150和200mmol/L NaCl溶液分别在萌发期和苗期处理,测定萌发期盐胁迫处理下12份材料的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对活力指数和相对发芽指数。苗期模拟盐胁迫环境,对生长15d后的幼苗进行处理,并测定叶片叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、MDA含量、POD、SOD和CAT活性6个生理指标,通过主成分分析结合隶属函数法对毛苕子的萌发期和苗期进行综合评价。结果表明:盐胁迫下12份毛苕子种质的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数均随着NaCl浓度的升高而呈下降趋势。幼苗叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量、SOD活性随着盐浓度的增加呈增加趋势;叶绿素含量、CAT活性则随着盐浓度增加而降低。Twelve vetch(Vicia villosa Roth)materials were treated with NaCl solution(0,50,100,and 200 mmol/L)at the germination and seedling stages.The relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative vitality index,and relative germination index of vetch were measured at the germination stage.The chlorophyll content,membrane permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)enzyme activities of vetch were evaluated at the seedling stage.The salt tolerance of vetch was also evaluated by principal component analysis and the membership function method.The results showed that the relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative germination index,and relative vitality index of twelve vetch materials decreased under NaCl stress.The membrane permeability,MDA content,and SOD activity of plant leaves increased,while the chlorophyll content and CAT activity decreased with the elevation of NaCl concentration.
