摘 要:武器损伤和海洋生物伤等海战伤合并海水浸泡,是部队登岛作战中最常遇到的战创伤类型。海水具有低温、高盐、高渗、碱性、多细菌等特点,海水浸泡后伤口容易出现高渗性水肿、组织变性坏死和感染、延迟愈合等严重问题。文章就海战伤合并海水浸泡的伤情特征和主要问题、现场处理和后续伤口护理的关键技术进行综述,旨在为有效处理此类战创伤提供指导。Weapon injuries and marine biological injuries combined with seawater immersion are the most common types of war trauma encountered by troops in landing on the island. Seawater has the characteristics of low temperature, high salt, high permeability, alkalinity and multi-bacteria. After seawater immersion, the wounds are prone to serious problems such as hyper osmotic edema, tissue degeneration, necrosis, infection and delayed healing. Therefore, correct wound treatment is very important. This paper reviews the characteristics and main problems of sea battle injury combined with seawater immersion, and the key technologies of on-site treatment and follow-up wound care, in order to provide guidance for effectively dealing with such war trauma.
