深化习近平外交思想研究的着力点

摘　　要：习近平外交思想是科学的理论体系。百年未有之大变局、人类命运共同体、新型国际关系、一带一路、全人类共同价值是习近平外交思想的五大核心概念,从时代判断、秩序目标、行为准则、战略路径、价值取向五个方面构成系统完整的理论逻辑,科学回答了“世界怎么了”“人类向何处去”的时代之题,是习近平外交思想的重大原创性理论贡献。要找准着力点,深化对习近平外交思想核心概念的认识和研究,立足国际格局新变化、人类社会新挑战、中国外交新课题,不断推进理论创新,为探索社会主义大国进行全球治理的规律和人类社会发展规律作出新的贡献。Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy is a scientific theoretical system.Unseen changes in a century,community with a shared future for mankind,new type of international relations,the Belt and Road Initiative,common values of humanity are the five core concepts for Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy,which construct a systematic and complete theoretical logics from five perspectives including positions on era,international order,rules of behavior,strategic approach,value orientation and scientifically answer the questions of the times,“what happened to the world”and“where is humankind headed”.These are the significant original theoretical contributions of Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy.We need to capture the main focus,deepen the understanding and study of core concepts of Xi Jinping Thought on diplomacy,establish in new changes of international pattern,new challenges of human society,new subjects of Chinese diplomacy,promote theoretical innovation constantly,make contributions to the laws for socialist major country conducting global governance and the laws concerning the development of human society.
