弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗混合痔40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗中度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将80例中度混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采取弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗,对照组实施外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组患者手术指标、临床疗效及并发症情况。结果:观察组各项手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05),并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论:采用弹力线套扎剥扎术治疗中度混合痔疗效确切,且并发症少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clincial effect of thread-elastic ligature&dissection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 80patients with mid-mixed hemorrhoids into observation group(40cases,received thread-elastic ligature&dissection)and control group(40cases,external dissection&internal ligation);then,compared both groups’operative norms,clinical effect and complication status.Results In each operative norms,in total effective rate,and in complication incidence,observation group was respectively superior to,higher(100%vs 87.5%),and lower(5.0%vs 20.0%)than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion In treating mid-mixed hemorrhoids thread-elastic ligature&dissection has certain effect,and with less complication,higher safety,thus is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
