保留括约肌挂线引流术治疗肛周脓肿41例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨保留括约肌挂线引流术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的82例肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。观察组采用保留括约肌挂线引流术治疗,对照组采用一次性切开术或挂线术治疗。观察比较2组手术时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及疗效等情况。结果:对照组创面愈合时间及住院时间均多于观察组(P<0.05),术后疼痛评分、肛门功能评分及并发症发生率均高于观察组(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保留括约肌挂线引流术治疗肛周脓肿疗效确切,创面愈合快,术后疼痛轻,肛门功能好,并发症少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perianal abscess(PA)treated with savingsphincter thread-drawing&drainage.Methods Randomly divided 82PA patients treated in authour’s hospital into observation group(41cases,treated with saving-sphincter thread-drawing&drainage)and control group(41cases,primarily incision or thread-drawing);then,observed and compared both groups’operating time,wound-surface healing time,hospitalization stay,and effect,etc.Results In the time for wound-surface healing and for hospitalization,in the ratings on postoperative pain and anal function,as well as in complication incidence control group was more,higher,as well as higher than observation group(all,P<0.05);in effect,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of PA saving-sphincter thread-drawing&drainage has certain effect,and such merits as faster wound-surface healing,slighter postoperative pain,less complication,as well as good anal function being.
