摘　　要：目的:观察基于中医子午流注理论,采取穴位按摩对气秘患者的护理疗效。方法:选取60例气秘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予纳支法穴位按摩护理。干预2周后,观察2组首次排便时间、周排便次数、便秘症状积分及护理满意度等。结果:治疗后各指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组首次排便时间早于对照组,周排便次数多于对照组,便秘症状积分小于对照组,护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于子午流注理论,运用纳支法穴位按摩对气秘患者进行综合护理治疗,可缩短首次排便时间,增加周自主排便次数,改善患者便秘症状。对于提高中医护理效果有较好的指导意义。Objective To observe the nursing effect of acupoint massage on patients with qi-stagnant constipation based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture theory of TCM.Methods 60patients with qi?stagnant constipation were randomly divided into control group(n=30,given routine nursing)and observation group(n=30,given hour-prescription of points for acupoint massage nursing based on the control group),after 2weeks of intervention,the first defecation time,weekly defecation times,constipation symptoms score and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were observed.Results All the indexes after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);The first defecation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,the weekly defecation times were more than that of the control group,the score of constipation symptoms was less than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was better than that of the control group,there were statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture theory,the comprehensive nursing treatment of qi-stagnant constipation patients with hour-prescription of points for acupoint massage can shorten the first defecation time,increase the frequency of weekly spontaneous defecation,and improve the symptoms of constipation.It has better guiding significance for improving the effect of TCM nursing.
