摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉在老年混合痔手术中的应用效果。方法:将80例痔疮手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用小剂量罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉,对照组行局部麻醉。比较2组麻醉起效时间、镇痛持续时间、各时间点疼痛评分等情况。结果:观察组麻醉起效时间短于对照组,镇痛持续时间长于对照组,麻醉操作和术中牵拉时的疼痛评分低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者舒适度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔阻滞是老年混合痔手术安全有效的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound anethesia of small-dose ropiracaine plus sufentanil during surgery for senior mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divided 80patients undergoing surgery for hemorrhoids into observation group(40cases,adopted small-dose ropiracaine compound with sufentanil for subarachnoid block anesthesia)and control group(40cases,local anesthesia);then,compared both groups’anesthesia onset time,analgesia lasting-time,and the score ratings on pain at each time-point.Results In onset time,in analgesia lasting time,in the score ratings on pain when anesthesia operation and intraoperatively drawing,in the incidence of unward reactions,and in patients’comfortable degree,observation group was respectively shorter,longer,lower,lower,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion The compound anesthesia used in observation group during senior mixed hemorrhoids surgery is safe and effective.
