造口治疗师为主导的延续性护理在永久性肠造口患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨以造口治疗师为主导的延续性护理在永久性肠造口患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例永久性肠造口患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规护理指导,观察组在对照组护理基础上,接受以造口治疗师为主导的延续性护理。结果:出院6个月后观察组患者的自我护理能力得分和生活质量得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施以造口治疗师为主导的延续性护理,可显著提高患者的自我护理能力,降低并发症的发生率,从而改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the efficacy of lasting nursing dominanted by neostomy therapist in the patients with perimanent colostomy.Methods Randomly divided 80patients with permanent colostomy treated in author’s hospital into control group(40cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40cases,based on routine nursing,added with lasting nursing dominanted by neostomy threapist);then,compared the efficacy between the two groups.Results Six months after admitted the patients of observation group obtained higher ratings on self-care agency and on quality of life than who of control group(P<0.05),their complication incidence was lower than control group’s one(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing lasting nursing dominanted by neostomy therapist can significantly enhance patients’self-care agency,reduce complication incidence,thus improve their quality of life.
