摘 要:采用等离子熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了不同形状WC颗粒增强的Fe313涂层,然后利用SEM、EDS、XRD、电化学分析等手段,研究了WC颗粒形状对涂层物相组织、电化学腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加WC颗粒有效地抑制了涂层中柱状树枝晶的发展,使涂层中生成了更多的高硬度碳化物,显著提升了涂层的显微硬度。在电化学试验中,添加WC颗粒使得涂层在H_(2)SO_(4)溶液和NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性得到增强,其中添加球形WC颗粒对涂层的耐腐蚀性能提升效果更佳。而在NaOH溶液中,添加球形WC颗粒对涂层的耐腐蚀性提升不明显,添加多面体WC颗粒对涂层的耐腐蚀性不利。WC particle-reinforced Fe313 coatings with different shapes were prepared on 45 steel surface by plasma cladding. The effects of WC particle shape on the phase structure and electrochemical corrosion properties of the coating were studied by SEM, EDS, XRD and electrochemical analysis. The results show that the addition of WC particles effectively inhibits the development of columnar dendrite in the coating, which makes more carbides with high hardness in the coating,and significantly improves the microhardness of the coating. In the electrochemical experiment, adding WC particles can enhance the corrosion resistance of the coating in H_(2)SO_(4) solution and NaCl solution, and spherical WC particles can improve the corrosion resistance of the coating better. However, in NaOH solution, the addition of spherical WC particles has no obvious effect on the corrosion resistance of the coating, and the addition of polyhedral WC particles is unfavorable to the corrosion resistance of the coating.
