摘 要:激光熔覆过程是快速加热和快速冷却的过程,在熔覆层内部极易产生热应力,形成裂纹缺陷。因瓦效应是因瓦合金独特的低膨胀机理和独特的结构与性能。使用低膨胀合金粉末可显著减少覆层中的裂纹缺陷。采用自行配置的具有因瓦效应的Fe-Ni-C系因瓦合金粉末对42CrMo钢进行激光熔覆,研究了不同工艺参数下熔覆层的质量、微观组织、显微硬度以及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:采用激光熔覆Fe-Ni-C系因瓦合金粉末,可获得表面平整的无缺陷熔覆层,且基本无裂纹和气孔;通过比较熔覆层与基体之间的摩擦系数,发现熔覆层摩擦系数优于42CrMo钢的。The laser cladding is a process of rapid heating and rapid cooling;the cladding layer is prone to produce thermal stress;it is easy to cause crack defects. Invar effect is the unique low expansion mechanism and unique structure and performance of Invar alloy. The use of low expansion alloy powder can significantly reduce crack defects in the cladding layer. The laser cladding of 42CrMo steel by using self-configured Fe-Ni-C alloy powder with invar effect was performed. The quality, microstructure, microhardness and wear performance of the cladding layer were studied under different process parameters. The results show that by laser cladding Fe-Ni-C alloy powder, a defect-free cladding layer with a flat surface can be obtained without cracks and porosity. By comparing the friction coefficient between the cladding layer and the substrate, it is found that the friction coefficient of the cladding layer is better than that of 42CrMo steel.
