摘 要:电子束表面改性是一种以高能电子轰击金属材料表面使其快速熔化的新型材料表面改性处理技术。通过对电子在偏转磁场中的数学建模,确定偏转线圈缠绕匝数、管颈外直径、磁路长度等关键参数,实现对电子束束流偏转角度及频率的控制,并定量分析了环状下束方式下电子束扫描频率对45钢表面温度场的和形貌的影响规律。结果表明:环状下束方式可实现大面域电子束表面改性,且能量密度分布均匀,高频率电子束作用下的表层温度较高,移动方向前端束斑温度较高且熔融金属出现聚集。经电子束扫描处理后的试样表面铣削划痕完全消失,表面粗糙度降至0.487μm。The electron beam surface modification is a new type of surface modification technology which can bombard the surface of metal materials with high-energy electrons to make them melt quickly. By mathematical modeling of electrons in the deflection magnetic field, key parameters such as the number of turns of the deflection coil, the outer diameter of the tube neck, and the length of the magnetic circuit were determined to realize the control of the deflection angle and frequency of the electron beam, and the loop was quantitatively analyzed. The influence of electron beam scanning frequency on the surface temperature field and morphology of 45 steel in the downward beam mode were analyzed. The results show that the ring-shaped downward beam method can realize large-area electron beam surface modification, and the energy density is evenly distributed. The surface temperature under the action of the high-frequency electron beam is higher. The beam spot temperature at the front end of the moving direction is higher and the molten metal is concentrated. The milling scratches on the surface of the sample after beam scanning completely disappear, and the surface roughness drops to 0.487 μm.
