摘 要:利用金相电子显微镜OM、XRD和EBSD研究了添加1.0wt%Ni时Ni对双辊薄带连铸3.2wt%Si高强无取向硅钢组织、织构、磁性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在相同轧制工艺和退火工艺下,与不添加Ni相比,添加1.0wt%Ni时试验钢形成较强的立方织构、GOSS织构和较弱的γ织构,且晶粒尺寸增大;当采用650~900℃退火2 min时,添加1.0wt%Ni的试验钢磁感应强度B_(50)比不添加Ni时高0.01T,铁损P_(15/50)至少低0.5 W/kg,铁损P_(10/400)至少低1.0 W/kg,屈服强度高20 MPa,即Ni元素能改善无取向硅钢的磁性能且能提高屈服强度。The effects of Ni on 3.2wt%Si non-oriented silicon steel microstructure,texture,magnetic performance and mechanical properties were studied when adding 1.0%Ni by OM,XRD and EBSD.The results show that under the same rolling process and annealing process,the test steel with 1.0wt%Ni addition forms stronger cubic texture,GOSS texture and weaker woven texture,and the grain size is larger than that without Ni addition.When the process is annealed at 650-900℃for 2 min,the magnetic induction strength B_(50) of the test steel with 1.0wt%Ni is 0.01 T higher than that without Ni,the iron loss P_(15/50) is at least 0.5 W/kg lower,the iron loss P_(10/400) is at least 1.0 W/kg lower,and the yield strength is 20 MPa higher,that is,Ni elements can improve the magnetic properties and yield strength of non-oriented silicon steel.
