摘  要:为了研究渗碳温度对齿圈碳含量分布和渗碳层厚度的影响,首先确定了20CrMnTi材料的渗碳淬火数学模型,随后导入Deform-3D软件,建立了该材料的渗碳淬火材料模型。在此基础上,根据所确定的齿圈渗碳淬火热处理工艺方案,建立了该材料齿圈1/2单齿分别在850、870、890、910、930℃渗碳温度下的渗碳淬火有限元模型,对渗碳淬火过程进行模拟,分析了不同渗碳温度下碳含量和渗碳层厚度分布特点。结果表明:不同渗碳温度时,轮齿表面碳含量和渗碳层厚度分布特点一致,沿齿顶、分度圆、齿根的碳含量和渗碳层厚度均逐渐减小;随着渗碳温度的升高,轮齿表面碳含量和渗碳层厚度不断增加。In order to study the influence of carburizing temperature on the distribution of carbon content and the thickness of carburized layer of gear ring, the mathematical model of carburizing and quenching of 20CrMnTi material was determined firstly, and then the model of carburizing and quenching material was established by introducing Deform-3D software. Based on this, a finite element model of carburizing and quenching at 850, 870, 890, 910 and 930℃ for 1/2 single teeth of this material was established according to the heat treatment scheme of carburizing and quenching. The carburizing and quenching process was simulated, and the carbon content and thickness distribution of carburizing layer were analyzed at different carburizing temperatures. The results show that the carbon content and thickness distribution of carburizing layer are consistent at different carburizing temperatures. The carbon content and carburizing layer thickness along the tooth top, the indexing circle and the tooth root decrease gradually. With the increase of carburizing temperature, the surface carbon content and carburizing layer thickness of the gear tooth increase continuously.
