摘 要:提出智能化步进电动机多轴向集中控制方法。通过DSP控制系统向多个轴向步进电动机发送控制信号,采用DA转换部分将控制信号转换成细分功能所需的细分值模拟量。通过DSP控制系统的软件编程计算改变脉冲,实现脉冲均衡。构建步进电动机多轴向联动控制模型。设计控制方案以及硬件结构,利用8254定时计数芯片设定时间基准,通过GP1和GP2的PWM脉冲分别控制两轴步进电动机,并将DSP与8254定时计数芯片相结合,设置步进电动机神经网络拓扑结构,构建基于均衡脉冲的步进电动机多轴向联动控制模型,实现智能化步进电动机的多轴向联动控制。实验结果表明,该方法控制的智能化步进电动机在给定频率为20~2000 Hz之间时,最大误差均未超过2 Hz,输出频率曲线波动小,电机运行稳定,抗干扰能力较强,并且控制精度高、能耗低。An intelligent multi-axis centralized control method for stepper motor was proposed.DSP control system was used to send control signals to multiple axial stepper motors.DA conversion part was used to convert the control signals into the analog quantity of subdivision value required by the subdivision function.The pulse equalization was realized by using DSP control system.Based on the model,the multi-axial linkage control model of stepping motor was constructed.The control scheme and hardware structure were designed.The time benchmark was set by the use of 8254 timer counter chip.Two-axis stepper motor was respectively controled through PWM pulse of the GP1 and GP2.DSP was combined with 8254 timer counter chip.The stepper motor neural network topology structure was set,multi axial pulse stepper motor was built based on equilibrium linkage control model.The intelligent stepper motor multi-axial linkage control was realized.The experimental results show that the maximum error of the intelligent stepper motor controlled by the method does not exceed 2 Hz when the given frequency is between 20~2000 Hz,the output frequency curve fluctuates little,the motor operates stably,has strong anti-interference ability,and has high control accuracy and low energy consumption.
