摘  要:基于旋转变压器特点,分析两相绕组阻值均衡性对产品应用系统精度的影响,采用绕组阻值、线圈尺寸和匝数控制的三项控制方法,探索提高绕组电阻对称度,有效提高旋转变压器输出精度,减少误差,以达到应用系统要求。The effect of resistance equilibrium of two-phase windings on the precision of the product application system was analyzed based on the characteristics of resolver.A three-perspective control method was used regarding winding resistance, coil size and winding number control to explore the approach to improve the degree of the winding resistance symmetry in order to effectively increase the output precision of resolver and decrease their errors, enabling them to meet the requirements of the application system.
