摘 要:为了解决氢燃料电池存在的气体浓度分布不均和严重水淹的问题,设计出一种氢燃料电池新型流场。利用Fluent软件分别对带有复合蛇形流场及新型流场的氢燃料电池进行数值计算,比较了复合蛇形流场和新型流场内氢气、氧气和液态水的分布情况,分析了氢气的进气速率对电池性能和燃料利用率的影响。结果表明:流场结构会影响电池性能,新型流场内氢气和氧气的分布较均匀,且水的质量分数较复合蛇形流场内的降低了0.015;当流场入口的氢气进气速率为9×10^(-8)kg/s时,氢燃料电池既能取得较高的电流输出密度,又能保证氢气较高的利用率,达到节约燃料成本的目的。To solve the problems of uneven gas concentration distribution and serious water flooding existing in hydrogen fuel cell,a new flow field was designed in this paper.Fluent software was used to carry out numerical calculation for the hydrogen fuel cell in composite serpentine flow field and new flow field.The distributions of hydrogen,oxygen and liquid water both in the composite serpentine flow field and the new flow field were compared,and the effects of hydrogen intake rate on the performance and fuel efficiency of the cell were analyzed.The results showed that flow field structure can affect cell performance.The distribution of hydrogen and oxygen in the new flow field is more uniform,and the mass fraction of water in the new flow field is 0.015 lower than that in the composite serpentine flow field.When the hydrogen intake rate is 9×10^(-8) kg/s at the inlet of the flow field,the hydrogen fuel cell exhibits a higher current output density and a higher utilization rate of hydrogen,achieving the purpose of saving fuel cost.
