摘 要:基于Abaqus/Explicit平台建立了考虑应变率效应、材料损伤特性、接触特性的精细化有限元仿真模型,研究钢管混凝土T形节点在支管受冲击作用下结构的破坏模式。首先,通过已有试验验证了仿真模型的准确性;然后,根据汽车撞击、轮船撞击和爆炸冲击3种工况对节点进行了冲击响应分析。研究表明:受冲击物质量和速度影响,钢管混凝土T形节点主要表现为支管局部屈曲破坏、主管局部屈曲破坏和主管整体弯曲破坏。构件的等效刚度随构件壁厚增大而增大,但其塑性变形能从壁厚2 mm增大到4 mm时增幅明显,由4 mm增大到6 mm时增幅较小。因此,应根据T形构件所处的冲击环境合理选择壁厚,以牺牲局部构件的变形换取主体结构的安全。A finite model of concrete-filled steel tube T-joints was proposed through Abaqus/Explicit platform.The strain rate effect,damage properties and contact properties are considered to improve the accuracy of the model.Firstly,the accuracy of the model was verified by experiments.Then the dynamic behaviors of T-joints were studied under different impact loadings,including vehicle impact,ship impact and blast impact.Research results can be drawn as follows:the failure modes of T-joints are local buckling at brace,local buckling at chord,and bending damage at chord,which are influenced by the mass and velocity of the impact conditions.The equivalent stiffness of T-joint increases with the increasing of the wall thickness of tube.The plastic energy increases sharply when the wall thickness increases from 2 mm to 4 mm,but it increases lightly when the wall thickness increases from 4 mm to 6 mm.Since it is necessary to sacrifice local member to protect the whole structure,the optimal wall thickness of tube should be designed carefully.
