摘　　要：地域特色档案资源是一个区域生存、发展的历史遗存,它承载着地域记忆,是被大众感知并认可的社会意识,代表着某地域的发展活力和前景。地域特色档案资源价值的开发和实现,需要建立起一套科学、合理、行之有效的管理手段和挖掘方法。当前地域特色档案资源开发中存在着传统影响、资源配置、保守态度三个方面的问题,通过资源加工、模式创新、配置优化三个层次开发地域特色档案资源,有利于充分发挥地域特色档案资源在维护社会记忆中的价值,进一步提升社会服务水平。Regional characteristic archive resources are the historical relics of a region's survival and development.It carries regional memory,is a social consciousness perceived and recognized by the public,and represents the vitality and prospects of a certain region.The development and realization of the resource value of regional characteristic archives requires the establishment of a set of scientific,reasonable and effective management methods and mining methods.Currently,there are three problems in the development of regional characteristic archive resources:traditional influence,resource allocation,and conservative attitude.The development of regional characteristic archive resources through the three levels of resource processing,model innovation,and configuration optimization is conducive to giving full play to the regional characteristics of archive resources.Maintain the value in social memory and further improve the level of social services.
