摘  要:总结王书臣教授从伏邪理论辨治肺结节的临证经验。认为正气亏虚、伏邪入络是肺结节的关键病机,以清伏邪、扶正气为主要治法,主张散结与搜剔之法并施,采用疏肝行气、破血化瘀、清肺祛痰、软坚散结、清热解毒等法清伏邪以散结,并喜用藤类、虫类药入肺络搜剔伏邪;同时配合健脾补肺、养心开窍法扶助正气,以达祛邪扶正、消散结节的目的。This paper summarized WANG Shuchen’s clinical experience in treating pulmonary nodules from the latent pathogen theory.It is believed that healthy qi depletion and latent pathogen into collaterals are the key pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules,for which clearing latent pathogen and reinforcing healthy qi is the main target.The methods of dissipating masses and searching and eliminating pathogens should be combined;usually it is recommended to clear latent pathogen and dissipate masses by soothing the liver and moving qi,breaking up blood and dissolving stasis,clearing the lung and dispelling phlegm,softening hardness and dissipating masses,or clearing heat and resolving toxins,and to search and eliminate pathogens with rattan medicinals or insects entering the collaterals.Simultaneously,the methods of fortifying the spleen and supplementing the lung,and nourishing the heart and opening the orifices can be used to dispel pathogen and reinforce healthy qi,disperse and dissipate nodules.
