抗癌解毒法的建立与应用

摘　　要：在癌毒病机理论指导下,明确抗癌解毒法的概念为运用具有抗癌解毒作用的药物为主组方,以祛除癌毒为目标,治疗各种肿瘤病证的治法。根据癌毒病机的分类将抗癌解毒法分为理气解毒法、化痰解毒法、祛瘀解毒法、祛湿解毒法、清热解毒法、祛风解毒法、温阳解毒法及以毒攻毒法八种治法,并提出抗癌解毒法是恶性肿瘤的核心治法。同时结合临床实践与现代药理学研究,倡导将具有抗癌解毒功效的中药进行具体分类,提出“抗癌解毒类中药”这一分类,以期推动抗癌解毒法的临床应用,进一步提高中医药防治恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。Under the guidance of cancer-toxin pathogenesis theory,the anti-cancer and detoxification method is defined as a treatment principle of various tumor diseases and syndromes by using formulas mainly composed of medicinals having anti-cancer and dexification function,and with the target of eliminating caner toxins.According to the classification of cancer-toxin pathogenesis,the anti-cancer and detoxification method can be divided into rectifying qi toxins,dissolving phlegm toxins,dispelling stasis toxins,dispelling dampness toxins,clearing heat toxins,dispelling wind toxins,warming yang toxins and combating toxins with medicinals of certain toxin.The anti-cancer and detoxification method is the core treatment of malignant tumors.Simultaneously,referring to the clinical practice and modern pharmacological researches,for the first time,a specific classification of Chinese medicinals with anti-cancer and detoxification function has been made,and the concept of"anti-cancer and detoxification Chinese medicinals"has been innovatively proposed,in order to promote the clinical application of anti-cancer and detoxification methods and further improve the clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
