摘　　要：将中医络病理论引入肿瘤研究,通过文献溯源梳理络病学说的发展历程,提出恶性肿瘤形成、演进、扩散、转移的基本病机为“癌毒-络损-正伤”,传舍方式为由气及血、由血入络,恶性演进过程可概括为络道亢变与癌毒败络因素影响下局部生物学机制的异常转变。结合络病理论与肿瘤发病的关联,认为肿瘤疾病进展是癌毒伏络渐则络气虚滞,日久络体受损、正气自伤的过程,虚实夹杂、本虚标实为肿瘤的核心病机。This paper introduced the collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)into the tumor researches,and traced the development process of the collateral disease theory in literature.It is put forward that the basic pathogenesis of the formation,evolution,diffusion and metastasis of malignant tumors is"cancer toxin,collateral injury,healthy qi damage",and the way of passing away is from qi to blood,and from blood to collaterals.The evolution process of the malignant tumors is the abnormal transformation of local biological mechanism under the influence of collateral hyperactivity and cancer toxin attacking the collaterals.Regarding the association between collateral disease theory and tumor pathogenesis,it is considered that the progress of tumor disease is related to latent cancer toxins in the collaterals gradually leading to collateral qi deficiency and stagnation,and longtime damage of collaterals and self-injury of healthy qi.The deficiency-excess complex and root deficiency-branch excess are the core pathogenesis of tumors.
