摘　　要：黑体辐射源主要用于校准辐射温度计、热像仪、人体表面温度快速筛查仪等辐射测温仪器。本文通过具体实例对黑体辐射源校准方法及亮度温度不确定度分析。Blackbody radiation sources are mainly used for calibrating radiation thermometers,thermal imagers, and rapid screening instruments for human surface temperature. In this paper,the calibration method of blackbody radiation source and the uncertainty analysis of brightness temperature are analyzed by specific examples.
