摘　　要：无密封自吸泵凭借其“一次引流,终身自吸”的独特优势,在许多危险和重要领域都得到了广泛应用。但是自吸泵在使用时经常出现不自吸的情况,大大影响用户的使用体验和自吸泵有别于其他形式水泵的自身优势。对此,充分结合WFB型无密封自吸泵自身的特点和使用环境,分析影响WFB型无密封自吸泵自吸性能的关键因素并深入探讨,针对不同影响因素找出合理的的应对措施。Non-sea led self-pr im ing pumps a re widely used in many dangerous and important fields with their unique advantage of“one-time priming,lifelong selfpriming”.However,self-priming pumps often fail to self-priming in use,which greatly affects the user’s experience and the advantages of self-priming pumps different from other forms of pumps.In this regard,the key factors affecting the selfpriming performance of WFB non-sealed self-priming pumps are analyzed by fully combining the characteristics and operating environment of WFB non-sealed selfpriming pumps,and in-depth discussion is made to find reasonable countermeasures for different affecting factors.
