摘  要:分析2205型双相不锈钢焊接接头耐点蚀测试结果的影响因素。双相不锈钢在焊接之后,焊缝区和热影响区组织因经历了再热过程而与母材基体的组织产生了较大的差别,从而引起焊接接头耐点蚀性能下降。通过分析2205型双相不锈钢焊接工艺评定过程中焊接工艺及过程控制对双相不锈钢组织的影响,结合试样准备,探讨2205型双相不锈钢焊接接头按照AS TM G 4 8方法 A进行点蚀测试时影响测试结果的多重因素。The factors affecting the pitting corrosion test results of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints are analyzed.After the welding of duplex stainless steel,the microstructure of weld zone and heataffected zone is quite different from that of base metal matrix due to the reheating process,which leads to a decline of the pitting corrosion resistance of the welded joints.By analyzing the influence of welding process and process control on the microstructure of duplex stainless steel during the welding process evaluation of 2205 duplex stainless steel,combined with sample preparation,multiple factors that affect results of pitting corrosion tests of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints in accordance with ASTM G48 method A are discussed.
