摘　　要：针对目前越野轮胎式起重机在进行副起重臂回收及展开操作时,需要多人辅助完成,费时费力的现状,设计出一种副起重臂助力回收装置。该装置通过电机驱动卷扬产生回转力矩,再利用钢丝绳拉动,实现副起重臂的回收和展开,借助无线遥控器,单人即可独立完成,有效减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提升了起重机的人性化设计水平和市场竞争力。In response to the current situation that the retraction and extension of the fly jib of a rough terrain tyre crane requires the assistance of several people,which takes time and effort,a fly jib retraction device is designed.The devicedrives the winch through the motor to generate a slewing torque,and then pulls the fly jib by the wire rope to achieve its retraction and extension.With the wireless remote control,it can be completed independently by a single person,which effectively reduces the labor intensity of the operator and enhances the humanized design level and market competitiveness of the crane.
