摘 要:以徐工某大吨位装载机工作装置为研究对象,提出一种可降低装载机工作装置铲斗卸料冲击的理论计算与优化方法。通过理论推导铲斗在卸料过程中的卸料角速度与结构尺寸的关系,并以此关系为函数,利用多体动力学软件建立装载机工作装置动力学模型,以高位卸料角速度最小为优化目标,相关铰点坐标为设计变量,优化工作装置相关结构件尺寸。试验测试结果表明:优化后的结构相对原来结构,高位卸料角速度降低了28.9%,优化方法有效。Taking the equipment of a large-tonnage loader of XCMG as the research object,a theoretical calculation and optimization method is proposed to reduce the dump impact of the bucket of the loader equipment.Through the theoretical derivation of the relationship between the dump angula r velocityof the bucket dur ing dumping and the structural dimensions,and taking this relationship as a function,a dynamic model of the loader equipment is established by using the multi-body dynamics software.With the optimization objective of minimizing the highlevel dump angular velocity and taking the relevant hinge point coordinates as the design variables,the dimensions of the relevant structural parts of the equipment are optimized.The test results show that compared with the original structure,the optimized structure has a 28.9%reduction in the high-level dump angular velocity,and the optimization method is effective.
