摘  要:针对某轴向承载齿轮箱轴承异常磨损问题,通过故障树分析法(Fault Tree Analysis,简称FTA)进行故障分析,对故障轴承进行复核复算与检测分析,分析结果确定为润滑脂极压性不足。通过调研减摩抗磨添加剂在润滑脂中的使用,选定添加二硫化钼的7254高低温二硫化钼润滑脂。在加注新润滑脂后进行可靠性试验,500次试验后轴承无磨损,得出二硫化钼类添加剂润滑脂适用于大承载需求轴承的结论。For the abnormal bearing wear problem of an axial gearbox,the fault is analyzed through Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)method,the faulty bearing is rechecked,tested and analyzed,and finally,it is found that the extreme pressure of the grease is insufficient.By investigating the use of antifriction and anti-wear additives in grease,7254 molyb denum disul fidegrease forhigh and low temperatures is selected.Reliability tests are carried out after filling the new grease,and the bearing is free of wear after 500 tests.The tests have proved that the grease with molybdenum disulfide additive is suitable for bearings with heavy-load requirements.
