摘　　要：随着越来越多匹配柴油机的工程机械被投入到寒冷环境中施工,为保证机器正常工作,必须使用与环境相适应的柴油。环境温度越低,意味着要使用更低标号的柴油,为节省成本并提高使用效率,提出一种工程机械在低温环境下使用0号柴油的循环加热系统,该系统可以达到加热主柴油箱和发动机机体的目的,且实际加热时间与理论时间偏差为4.6%。1台工程机械1年使用该循环加热系统正常工作5个月可节省3万元以上,间接为用户创造了价值。同时减少更低标号柴油的使用,也有利于石油炼化过程的节能减排。As more and more construction machines with diesel engines are put into work in cold environment,it is necessary to use diesel fuels that are compatible with the environment to ensure the normal operation of machines.The lower the ambient temperature is,the lower grade diesel fuel is to be used.To save costs and improve the use efficiency,a circulation heating system for construction machinery using No.0 diesel fuel in cold environment is proposed.The system can achieve the purpose of heating the main diesel tank and engine body,and the deviation between the actual heating time and the theoretical time is 4.6%.One construction machinecan save more than 30,000 Yuan in one year by using this circulation heating system for 5 months of normal operation,which indirectly createsvalue for users.At the same time,reducing the use of diesel fuel with lower grade is also conducive to energy saving and emission reduction in the process of petroleum refining.
