摘 要:结合国际海事组织(IMO)对建设和发展绿色船舶的要求,以及业内对船舶节能减排问题的普遍关注,基于《油船与散货船协调共同结构规范》(HCSR)描述性要求,对一艘载重量为1.1×10^(5) t的油船的中剖面结构进行优化设计。以多学科优化软件Isight为优化平台,以多岛遗传算法为优化算法,对比分析简单和复杂2种约束条件下的优化结果。研究结果显示,仅采用简单约束的优化方案、采用简单约束和屈曲强度约束的优化方案,以及采用简单约束、屈曲强度约束和疲劳强度约束的优化方案,分别能使中剖面面积减小5.72%、5.03%和4.81%。研究结果表明:疲劳强度约束对优化结果的影响较小,必要时可将其忽略;屈曲强度约束对优化结果的影响较大,不可忽略。Combining the requirements of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)for the construction and development of green ships and the industry’s general concern about energy conservation and emission reduction of ships,based on the descriptive requirements of the code for the coordinated common structure of oil tankers and bulk carriers(HCSR),the mid section structure of an oil tanker with a deadweight of 1.1×105 t is optimized.The multi-disciplinary optimization software ISight is used as the optimization platform,and the multi-island genetic algorithm is used as the optimization algorithm to compare and analyze the optimization results under simple and complex constraints.The results show that the optimization scheme using only simple constraints,the optimization scheme using simple constraints and buckling strength constraints,and the optimization schemes using simple constraints,buckling strength constraints,and fatigue strength constraints reduced the area of the middle section by 5.72%,5.03%and 4.81%respectively.The results show that the fatigue strength constraint has little effect on the optimization results,which can be ignored when necessary.The buckling strength constraint has a great influence on the optimization results,which can not be ignored.
