摘  要:为评估海上石油平台烟气扩散对直升机起降安全性的影响,以某海上石油平台15-1为研究对象,对比分析国内外规范中与直升机起降安全性有关的环境要求,确定将英国《直升机甲板安全设计规范》(CAP437)作为安全评估依据。采用风险评估分析软件FLACS对石油平台高温烟气扩散进行数值计算,结合CAP437分析原油主机和燃气透平排放的高温烟气对直升机甲板周围的温度和湍流分布的影响。结果表明,直升机甲板年终不可用频率为7.37%,直升机甲板上空区域基本上能达到预设的安全标准的要求。In order to evaluate the influence of smoke diffusion on helicopter take-off and landing from offshore oil platform,an offshore oil platform 15-1 is taken as the research object,and the relevant environmental requirements for helicopter take-off and landing safety in domestic and foreign codes are compared and analyzed.The British CAP437 environmental judgment criterion is determined to be more detailed and applicable.The flue gas diffusion at high temperature on an oil platform is numerically calculated by using the risk assessment software FLACS and the distribution of temperature and turbulence around the helicopter deck is analyzed and simulated in combination with CAP437 code,combined with British CAP437 specification.The results show that the probability of year-end unavailability of the helicopter deck is 7.37%,which basically meets the preset safety standards,and provides some references for the further optimization of offshore oil platform.
