摘  要:以装配式路面板的实际受力情况为依据,利用有限元软件对预制层布式钢纤维混凝土道路路面板进行力学相应分析,通过改变道路路面的结构参数对预制板的应力影响。结果表明:随着土路基弹性模量的增加,预制板的沉降随之减少,增大预制板的厚度能有效地降低板底的最大拉应力,但是板的沉降没有明显的变化,增加预制板的尺寸促使面板的沉降减少,随着钢纤维掺量的增大,路面板的弯沉和板底拉应力呈线性减少。最后通过模拟路面板的实际受力情况,对路面板的最不利位置施加荷载,在荷载作用下最不利位置为板角,与实际工程中路面板受力形式相符合,主要原因为板角在受到外力情况下容易产生断角和翘曲,其次为纵缝边缘,这是由于板边极易出现错台等其他破坏形式。According to the actual stress distribution of the precast pavement slab, the finite element software is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the precast layered steel fiber concrete pavement slab,and by changing the pavement structural parameters to reduce the influence on the precast slab. The results show that, with the increase of the elastic modulus of the soil foundation, the settlement of the precast slab decreases. Thickening the precast slab can effectively reduce the maximum tensile stress of the slab bottom,but there is no obvious change in the settlement of the precast slab. Increasing the size of the precast slab can decrease the settlement. With the increasing content of the steel fiber, the deflection of the pavement slab and the tensile stress of the slab bottom decrease linearly. Simulating the actual stress distribution of the pavement slab, the load is applied on the most unfavorable position. Under the load, the most unfavorable position is the corner of the slab, because the cracking corner and buckling are easily occurred under the condition of external force, and the second is the longitudinal seam edge, which is due to the faulting of the slab ends and other damages.
