摘　　要：‘华栗3号’是经实生选优获得的锥栗新品种。坚果长椭圆形,红褐色,油亮,外观漂亮,平均坚果质量8.41 g,种仁含可溶性糖7.07%,淀粉36.56%,蛋白质3.72%,脂肪1.04%,维生素C 313.5 mg·kg^(-1),Ca 364 mg·kg^(-1),Fe 9.15 mg·kg^(-1),Zn 4.43 mg·kg^(-1)。嫁接第2年挂果,盛果期平均产量达4250 kg·hm^(-2)。‘Huali 3’is a new Castanea henryi cultivar selected from the natural C.henryi seedlings.The nuts are oblong,reddish brown,oily and beautiful in appearance.The average nut weight is 8.41 g.Sugar content is 7.07%,starch content is 36.56%,protein content is 3.72%,fat content is 1.04%,vitamin C content is 313.5 mg·kg^(-1),calcium content is 364 mg·kg^(-1),iron content is 9.15 mg·kg^(-1),and zinc content is 4.43 mg·kg^(-1).It begins to bear fruit in the second year after grafting.The yield is up to 4250 kg·hm^(-2).
