摘　　要：目的 分析中国老年人(≥60岁)流感疫苗(influenza vaccine)和肺炎疫苗(pneumococcal vaccine)的接种率。方法 使用meta分析方法,检索中国知网、万方和Pubmed数据库,收集2000年1月—2021年3月发表的流感疫苗和肺炎疫苗接种率相关文献,对符合纳入标准的文献提取数据纳入分析。结果 共47篇文献纳入研究,其中老年人流感疫苗29篇,流感疫苗合并接种率为21.7%(95%CI:19.4%~23.9%),北方和南方地区合并接种率分别为33.4%和9.2%,免费与收费的合并接种率分别为33.3%和12.4%,有基础性疾病和无基础性疾病合并接种率分别为15.2%和23.1%。中国老年人肺炎疫苗18篇文献纳入研究,合并接种率为13.6%(95%CI:5.0%~22.2%),北方和南方合并接种率分别为15.8%和13.4%,免费与收费的合并接种率分别为31.2%和8.7%,有基础性疾病和无基础性疾病的合并接种率分别为13.1%和13.2%。结论 中国老年人流感疫苗和肺炎疫苗接种率偏低,不同地区、疫苗收费政策及有无基础性性疾病的接种率有差异。Objective To analyze the vaccination rates of influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine among the elderly (≥60years old) in China. Methods The meta-analysis was used to search CNKI,Wanfang and Pubmed databases to collect relevant literatures on influenza and pneumonia vaccination rates published from January 2000 to March 2021,and extract data from those literatures meeting the inclusion criteria for analysis. Results A total of 47 articles were included in the study, including29 articles on influenza vaccine for the elderly in China,and the co-vaccination rate of influenza vaccine was 21.7%(95% CI:19.4%-23.9%). The co-vaccination rates in northern and southern regions were 33.4% and 9.2%,respectively. The co-vaccination rates of free and paid vaccines were 33.3% and 12.4%,respectively. The co-vaccination rates of patients with and without underlying diseases were 15.2% and 23.1%,respectively. 18 articles on pneumonia vaccine for the elderly in China were included,and the co-vaccination rate was 13.6%(95%CI:5.0%-22.2%). The co-vaccination rates in northern and southern regions were 15.8% and13.4%,respectively. The co-vaccination rates of free and paid vaccines were 31.2% and 8.7%,respectively. Conclusion The vaccination rates of influenza and pneumonia among the elderly in China are low,and there are differences in vaccination rates among different regions,different vaccine charging policies,and whether there are underlying diseases.
