特检机构国有资产管理信息化建设浅析

摘　　要：特检机构国有资产是确保特种设备安全的重要物质基础和能力保障,通过采用智能、高效、专业的资产管理信息化系统,能够有效提升特检机构的国有资产管理水平及使用效益。虽然特检机构大多建立了资产管理系统,但其信息化水平不同。本文就特检机构国有资产管理信息化建设的具体内容进行了论述,说明了资产管理信息系统应该具备的相关功能,并介绍了国有资产管理信息化建设重点。希望通过本文介绍,对需要进行国有资产管理信息化建设的特检机构起到一定的帮助。The state-owned assets of special inspection institutions are the important material basis and ability guarantee to ensure the safety of special equipment.By using intelligent,efficient and professional assets management information system,the management level and use efficiency of state-owned assetsof the special inspection institutions can be effectively improved.Although most of the special inspection agencies have established assets management systems,their informatization levels are different.This article discusses the construction of the special inspection institutions'state-owned assets management system,explains the related functions of the assets management information system,and introduces thekey points of the informatization construction of state-owned assets management.It's hoped that the introduction of this article will beuseful to the special inspection institutions which need to establish their own state-owned assets management system.
