摘 要:由于小于DN250的接管不属于压力容器主要受压元件,其质量问题非常容易被忽视。但接管部位受力复杂,其质量值得在生产、使用、检验等各个环节得到重视。在某单位在用压力容器定期检验中,发现一批容器接管壁厚异常,本文通过理论分析,判断其壁厚异常为制造过程用材不当所致,并通过对缺陷部位进行厚度强度校核与开孔强度校核,给出安全评定的结论与建议。Since the connecting pipe lessthan DN250 does not belong to the main pressure component of pressure vessel,its quality problem is very easy to be ignored However,the stress of the connecting pipe is very complex,so its quality is worthy to be faced up to in production,use,inspection and other links.In the periodical inspection of pressure vessels used bya company,abnormal thicknes sofa batch of connecting pipe was found.Through theoretical analysis,this paperjudged that the abnormal thickness was caused by improper materials used in the manufacturing process,and gavethe conclusions and suggestions of safety assessment by strength calculation and opening reinforcement calculation.
