摘　　要：冷冻液化气体汽车罐车定期检验是确保在役罐车安全使用的重要环节,主要检验依据为TSGR7001—2013《压力容器定期检验规则》。本文分析探讨了冷冻液化气体罐车定期检验过程中充装介质、紧急切断装置、装卸软管、真空度测量、气密性试验等方面的问题,尤其是紧急切断装置检验项目中的解体检查、耐压试验和紧急切断阀性能校验所存在的问题。针对相关安全技术规范,本文对紧急切断装置的检验要求和真空度测量要求提出了建议。The periodical inspection of road tankers for refrigerated liquefied gas is an important link to ensure the safety of in-service tanker, the inspection is according to TSG R7001: 2013 Pressure Vessel Periodical Inspection Regulation. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of filling medium, emergency shut-off device,loading and unloading hose, vacuum measurement and air tightness test in the periodical inspection of road tankers for refrigerated liquefied gas, especially the problems in disassembly inspection, pressure-tight test and performance verification of emergency shut-off valve in the inspection items of emergency shut-off device. Some suggestions are put forward on the inspection requirements of emergency shut-off device and vacuum measurement requirements according to the relevant safety technical specifications.
