摘  要:本文分析了某650MW超临界锅炉后屏过热器爆管原因。结果表明:锅炉经参数升级改造后,对于未改造部位的材料壁温监控不当,实际测温点布置与监控系统不一致,当锅炉进行停机不停炉试验时,主汽温度变化速率过快,进而导致受热面管内氧化皮脱落,引起管子堵塞,最终导致管子超温且超温部位判断错误,未采取合适手段降温,导致管子爆管。为避免类似事故,提出了几点预防措施。In this paper,the causes of tube burst in the rear platen superheater ofa 650 MW supercritical boiler are analyzed.The results show that after the upgrading of the parameters of the boiler,the material wall temperature of the unmodified parts of the boiler is improperly monitored,and the actual temperature measuring point arrangement is inconsistent with the monitoring system.When the boiler is stopped,the main vapor temperature change rate is too fast,and then it causes the skin of the heat-hot surface to fall off,causing the pipe to block,eventually leading to the tube over temperature and the over-temperature part has been incorrectly judgment,and there is no suitable meansto cool down,causing the tube toburst.In order to avoid similar accidents,several preventive measures are put forward.
