摘 要:以纳米TiO_(2)为反射隔热层,ZrO_(2)为辐射隔热功能层,FEVE氟碳树脂(由氟烯烃和烷基乙烯基醚或烷基乙烯基酯共聚而成的热固型涂料树脂)为基体制备双层复合隔热涂层,并对其隔热防腐性能进行研究。通过改变涂层配方,探究了不同颜填料配比对涂层隔热温差、反射率、半球辐射率等性能的影响。结果表明,以25%(wt,质量分数,下同)TiO_(2)为反射顶层,25%ZrO_(2)为辐射底层可达到较好的降温效果,温差为25.3℃,此时复合涂层的半球发射率为0.93。由此可知,不同隔热类型的功能颜填料之间具有协同作用,将其复配使用可赋予涂层更显著的隔热效果。Nano-titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)) was used as the reflective heat insulation layer,zirconium dioxide(ZrO_(2)) was the radiation heat insulation layer,FEVE fluorocarbon resin(copolymerized from fluoroolefin and alkyl vinyl ether or alkyl vinyl ester) Thermosetting coating resin) was used as the substrate to prepare a double-layer composite thermal insulation coating.Its thermal insulation and anti-corrosion properties were studied.By changing the coating formula,the effects of different pigment and filler ratios on the thermal insulation temperature difference,reflectivity,and hemispheric emissivity of the coating were explored.The results shown that 25 wt% TiO_(2) as the reflective top layer and 25 wt% ZrO_(2) as the radiation bottom layer can achieve a better cooling effect,with a temperature difference of 25.3℃,and the hemispherical emissivity of the coating was 0.93.Therefore,it can be seen that the functional pigments and fillers of different heat insulation types had synergistic effect,and their compounding can give the coating more significant heat insulation effect.
