摘 要:以苄基缩水甘油醚为改性剂改性环氧树脂/甲基四氢苯酐固化体系,研究了改性剂含量对环氧树脂黏度及固化物力学性能、阻尼性能和热性能的影响。结果表明:改性剂的加入能够降低环氧树脂黏度,减小固化物交联密度,改善固化物韧性;固化物阻尼性能随改性剂含量的添加先增大后减小,改性剂用量为10%时,阻尼因子最大,为0.6355;固化物耐热性能和拉伸强度随改性剂含量的增加整体呈减小趋势,改性剂含量为5%~10%时,综合性能较好,此时起始分解温度(T_(5%))为361.8~358.2℃。The curing system of epoxy resin/methyl tetra hydrophenylanhydride(EP/MethPA) was modified by benzyl glycidyl ether.The effects of the amount of modifier on the viscosity of the resin system and the mechanical,damping and thermal properties of the cured product were investigated.The results shown that the addition of modifier can reduce the viscosity of the EP,and reduced the crosslinking density and improved the toughness of the cured EP.With increasing the amount of modifier,the damping property of cured EP improved firstly and decreased later.When the amount of modifier was 10%,the tanδ reached the highest that was 0.06355.The heat resistance and tensile strength decreased basically with increasing the amount of modifier.When the amount of modifier was 5%~10%,the cured EP showed well comprehensive performance.The starting decomposing temperature(T_(5%)) was 361.8~358.2℃.
