摘 要:利用旋涂法配制一定比例的杜仲橡胶(EUG)、疏水型纳米SiO_(2)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的甲苯分散液,将分散液在胶片表面旋涂一定厚度并硫化,制备出超疏水EUG-SiO_(2)涂层。研究了疏水型纳米SiO_(2)用量对润湿性能的影响,并探讨了涂层疏水性能随温度变化的原因。结果表明,当m(SiO_(2))∶m(EUG)=4∶1时,涂层具有超疏水性能,其接触角为153.0°;扫描电镜照片表明,涂层具有微纳米多尺度粗糙结构;制备的超疏水表面具有温度响应特性,接触角随温度变化而发生循环变化,且在温度回复到室温后仍保持较好的疏水性。Superhydrophobic eucommia ulmoides rubber(EUG)-SiO_(2) coating was prepared by spincoating method with EUG toluene dispersions,hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2) and isopropyl peroxide(DCP).The dispersions were spin-coated and vulcanized on the film surface to obtain the superhydrophobic EUG-SiO_(2) coating.The influence of the amount of hydrophobic nano-SiO_(2) on the wettability of the coating was studied,and discussed the reason for the change of superhydrophobic property.The results shown that when m(SiO_(2))∶m(EUG)=4∶1,the coating had superhydrophobic properties and its contact angle was 153.0°.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images shown that the coating had a micro-nano multi-scale rough structure.The prepared superhydrophobic surface had the properties of temperature response,and the contact angle changed in a cycle with the temperature change,and it still maintained good hydrophobicity after the temperature returns to room temperature.
